What is Acoupuncture?

Yoga is an integrated system of education for the body mind and spirit.

The word 'yoga' means union - bringing together varous aspects to reach a state of balance.

Yoga has evolved from its roots in ancient India 3 to 4000 years ago into a diverse range of styles that enhance the health and happiness of those that practise it. I teach a style of yoga know as Hatha Yoga.

Yoga is not affliliated to any religious belief but provides a framework for integrating personal spirituality into the busy schedules of today.

Each yoga class includes a combination of three general practises: stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques.
